A meaningful night in Wisconsin, where Two Bridge and Future Friends hosted a Common Denominator screening that invited students to pause, reflect, and connect through open conversations about mental wellness and creativity, supported by merch from Rhone and resources from UHS and NAMI.

A morning of movement and mindfulness with Zac Clark and Nate Checketts, bringing students together to reset, recharge, and reflect on the connection between physical and mental wellness. Wearing Rhone gear and surrounded by Future Friends, it was a reminder that community and care go hand in hand. Wisconsin, thank you for showing up — for yourselves and for each other.

We kicked things off in Wisconsin with a phone-free experience hosted by Kanso alongside Two Bridge and Future Friends — a moment for students to slow down, connect, and be fully present before the rest of the wellness activations on campus in Madison.

NAMI and Two Bridge partnered at the University of Wisconsin to support students during a Future Friends campus activation, providing trusted mental health resources and access to care.

Held as part of our Changing the World: Women in Mental Health series, this gathering brought together Chelsea Clinton, Raquelle Stevens, Glenn Close, Midge Purce, and Maurice DuBois in conversation on mental health, leadership, and the role of connection in creating meaningful change.

We recently filmed a Two Bridge Psychological First Aid Training with Dr. Alec Miller, Dr. Lata McGinn, and Dr. Jim Yong Kim, focused on teaching empathic listening and real tools to recognize distress and respond with care.
