Doug has been with the Two Bridge organization for 18 years and leads all efforts in the arenas of government relations, third party payer operations and strategy, population health innovation, and governmental policy interpretation. Over his career he been a delegate to a White House Conference on Aging, been appointed to numerous state/federal task forces, and led many healthcare association expert panels. He has authored focused on reimagining financing for the Medicaid Long Term Care benefit for Aged, Blind & Disabled population and was the chief architect of the American Health Care Association’s web-based, data collection and benchmarking tool (Long Term Care Trend Tracker) that enables PAC/LTC healthcare care providers to access key performance and quality metrics that aide in organizational success. He holds Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing from Northeastern University.
Kimberly has over 9 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in transactions, regulatory, compliance and operations of healthcare companies. Her experience in healthcare facility operations includes facility licensure (initial, change of ownership and renewal), permits (pharmacy, CLIA, business tax), Medicare and Medicaid enrollment along with experience on the transactional side of selling and purchasing healthcare facilities. She has experience in entity formation, state annual report flings, contract review and drafting along with providing administrative support for documents and activities related to corporate restructuring, such as mergers, formations and dissolutions. Kim holds a B.S. in Legal Studies with a specialization in Paralegal Studies from Mercy College, where she is a member of the Paralegal Studies/Legal Studies Advisory Committee.

Her background also includes extensive planning and execution of large and small-scale events. Kim has earned a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University.
Eric has been involved in all aspects of management and strategy of multiple regional and national healthcare services companies over the past 15 years. Eric has extensive transaction experience including complex M&A, strategic acquisitions and divestitures, and large-scale equity and debt financing transactions. Prior to joining Two Bridge, Eric served as a Partner and Chairman of the Venture Capital and Private Equity practice group at Mintz Levin. He holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Brandeis University.
Julie has over 25 years of senior operational finance experience in the healthcare industry with national healthcare services organizations in the United States. She has been responsible for finance team leadership for major acquisition integration, divestitures, consulting and management service and strategic operational improvement plans. Her capital markets experience includes complex federal lending programs, CMBS financing, asset based lending and traditional corporate finance. Julie has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Wisconsin.
Harris has been investing in controlling positions in healthcare companies and real estate for over 30 years. The private investment vehicle includes a variety of property types (student housing, commercial real estate, assisted living, skilled nursing and retail properties) and operating businesses (skilled nursing, senior housing, mental health tech, healthcare tech, rehabilitation therapy, institutional pharmacy, hospice, fashion, art, etc). Harris earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
Scott is the Vice President of Client Relations & Business Development for the company. Scott leads full cycle sales practices including key investment processes, operational support for partnerships, and a proactive outreach to sustain future strategic growth. Scott also leads the executive selection and specialized recruitment strategies to provide our partners with a tailored design and implementation of cutting-edge recruitment strategies to connect talent with opportunity. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Roger Williams University where he also participated as a varsity four-year letter winner in Men’s Basketball.
Sabrina is responsible for creative design and collaborations for Two Bridge portfolio companies. She has worked on over 20 collaborations for which she served as the lead designer. She also provides social media oversight for multiple companies across various industries including health care, fashion, and consumer goods. Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art from the University of Michigan Stamps School of Art.

Steve has been involved in over $1B of acquisitions, complex financing projects (traditional and HUD) and asset management. Prior to joining Two Bridge, Steve was a Managing Director with Barrow Street Capital LLC, a sponsor of opportunistic real estate private equity funds, where he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management of firm’s complex opportunistic investments with a capitalization in excess of $2.5 billion. Prior to Barrow Street, Steve served as a senior accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University.
Dante has over 20 years of experience managing litigation matters for healthcare companies and their clients and affiliates involving contractual, regulatory, medical liability, and employment issues. Prior to joining Two Bridge, Dante specialized in personal liability/general liability health care litigation. His professional experience reflects the interpersonal relations and problem-solving skills that allow him to represent clients with complex legal issues. Dante is admitted to practice law in the states of Florida, Texas, and Washington D.C. He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tampa and a J.D. from the University of Florida.

Cameron is a Strategy Associate, where he works on transactional sourcing and analysis for Two Bridge Capital. While developing a specialty in creative collaborations across multiple companies and industries, his expertise branches out into the many different sectors within Two Bridge and acts as an advisor to various in-house projects. He has extensive experience with multiple national senior housing companies where he was responsible for all technical and vendor systems management. He has also created and led multiple equipment and supply purchasing entities in the skilled nursing arena. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the State University of New York at New Paltz and a diploma in computer programming from NYU.
Alex has 30+ years of executive-level experience managing and overseeing all aspects of companies delivering complex healthcare services. He has been responsible for all operational activities, revenue & business development, M&A activity, as well as quality control for multi-tiered national healthcare companies.
