Founded in memory of Steven Schwartzberg, the Two Bridge Foundation is dedicated to advancing mental wellness through community building, education, and live experiences. By bringing people together through expert-led conversations, curated events, and live music, the Foundation fosters authentic human connection and works to replace loneliness with a sense of belonging.

The Two Bridge Foundation was created to support people and families whose lives have been touched by mental health challenges. While many organizations focus on providing care, our focus is on creating connection and educating about training and resources. We believe that human connection and empathy can make a meaningful difference for anyone facing a difficult time—and that no one should have to navigate life's challenges alone. Through Future Friends, Common Denominator, Changing the World, and Two Bridge Support, we are building experiences, conversations, and tools that bring people together, strengthen communities, and help more people realize they are not alone.

Originally established as the Steven Schwartzberg Foundation, Inc., the Two Bridge Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing mental wellness through connection, education, and community. The Foundation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, all donations are tax-deductible.
